This is Dr Wang's article..."Oxidation can damage our bodies' cells and may contribute to the aging process, just as rust does on a car. Invading, damaging cells called free radicals cause oxidation to happen. Over-exercise, stress, being exposed to dirty air and other environmental pollutants result in free radicals ( unstable oxygen molecules) getting into our bodies.
